Assembly stations

We design and manufacture assembly lines made up of different stations, each of which is designed to perform specific operations: same as manual and automatic, this depends on the cycle-time and quality-of-operation requirements, as well as the available budget requested by the customer.

For each process the appropriate tools or equipment are selected, which will be integrated within the stations to perform the necessary operations or controls on the parts.

Presses

We manufacture presses of different types in which we integrate the specific tooling, custom designed for any type of process that is requested: riveting, stamping, bending… The presses can be operated through hydraulic systems, hydro-pneumatics or servomotors. Depending on your requirements, you define what kind of solution is most suited to your project.

In terms of quality control, it is possible to integrate force-measurement systems versus displacement, in order to be able to control the process. For the safety issues of the users, we implement the necessary equipment and standards so that the requirements of PL 4e are fulfilled.

Fluid Dispenser

Through this type of equipment, our purpose is to apply different types of fluids, either oils, fats, resins or any other type of liquid that is to lubricate, paste or solder components or any mechanism that requires it for good operation as requested by the customer. These processes can be carried out in specific temperatures either cold or hot, as well as these can be applied by both lanyards and sprinklers.

Automatic and manual feeding screw machines

This type of machine is designed in order to assemble two or more components thanks to a screwing operation, which consists of integrating tools of the brand preferred by the user in a workstation where a fixture is located to hold and Hold assembly. Test Machines

In this type of machinery, we offer to design and manufacture stations to perform different types of tests, for example: Leak tests with air or CO2, electrical tests (hi-pot, resistance, surge test), burst test or tests verifying the operation of a product, the latter consist in simulating the process by which passes the piece in conditions of final use, so that Its behaviour can be assessed by means of measuring instruments such as flow-meters, pressure sensors, torque or force sensors, vision systems, etc…

COBOT Integration

We think about how to satisfy the new needs for the factories due to the complexity of the processes imposed constantly, therefore we offer the implementation of Collaborative Robots to realize the most laborious or dangerous operations for an operator, offering a visible progress in story to times and quality. These Robots can be integrated to perform different operations which are according to the needs of the client, among these operations are: inspection with mechanical vision systems or gauges, the application of resins in various positions, operations Screwed, or just like pick & place.

Robotic cells

Since many of the operations where the conditions are not suitable for human intervention, whether by weight issues, risk or cycle time, we offer the integration of robots to perform these tasks. We currently have experience in designing, manufacturing and programming the “End Effector” for material handling applications. We also have the ability to integrate welding robot to perform TIG or MIG weld operations.

Special machining

For those cases in which are required to perform the same operation of processing without tweens: This option offers implement one or more Spindle(s) of manufacture selected standard(s) on catalogs and integrate(s) for the realization of a single operation.

This type of integration is distinguished by the advantage of being able to offer a simpler solution of use, with a faster cycle time and likewise the machinery will not require constant maintenance due to its simplicity.

End Of Arm Tooling

We design and manufacture end of arm tooling or EOAT, for its acronym in English. These tools come to complement the implementation of robotic systems in handling cells, being able to be used by Cartesian robots or 6 axes robots. To design and manufacture such tools, we integrate various components such as vacuum cups and pneumatic grippers, to guarantee the good clamping of the pieces to handle it. Generally, these cells must be flexible because change overs are requested and the use of quick-change couplings to make it quick and easy are necessary.

Smart machines – Traceability – Industry 4.0

Because our will to integrate our solutions into global control and reporting systems, we have the concern to build smart machines to provide real-time data to users.
If the final user already has a global system of traceability, the software of our machines has a Ladder reporting the cycle time, the quantity of good parts manufactured and rejected ones, etc… being plug & play, only setting the IP address where to send that information.
Otherwise, we offer to develop applications or to implement existing solutions to digitalize processes. In case of customized solutions, we use software such as LabView, SQL, Access to develop our applications that consist in acquiring data during production, storing them in databases, managing them and reporting them to the end user So he can observe trends or find test results and allowing him to make timely decisions.
